Niall Horan's singing career has seen many phases; from bands, to solos, to imparting what he learnt. The singer seems to have decided it was time to switch, or cook, things up.

With his latest album having released a little over two years ago, the former band singer has dished up a new venture. Horan's co-partnered restaurant, 40LOVE, celebrated its opening earlier in December 2025.

The restaurant-slash-bar is located in Old Town Scottsdale, in the state of Arizona. The previous branch, launched in 2018 in Los Angeles, was closed down a little after COVID-19, as per Rolling Stone.

Niall Horan is now an owner of 40LOVE in partnership with his long-time acquaintance, Sean Mulholland. Avery Johnson Jr. is a primary shareholder alongside them, as well.

Scottsdale is a city well known for its luxurious experiences. The new 40LOVE restaurant will create a refined country-club experience for its indulgers, as per Rolling Stone.

 “We’re creating a high-end, country-club-inspired experience," Mulholland stated. The establishment's menu has cocktail dishes like Caviar Waffle, Arancini Wagyu, and Tiramisu S’mores.

A wild west fine dining experience comes only second to Niall Horan's pseudo-musical ventures.

Niall Horan's coaching era

Niall Horan released his third studio album after One Direction's disbandment, 'The Show', in July 2023. Just prior, in May 2023, the Irish singer was appointed as a coach for the singing reality competition, The Voice.

Horan's venture expanded as he returned for the 24th and 28th seasons of the show in late 2023 and late 2025. He went on to become the first coach on the show to win three consecutive first seasons on the show.

He coached the contestants, Gina Miller, Michael Huntley, 2023, and Aidan Ross in 2025, to victory. With a restaurant now under his belt, Niall Horan is strumming the strings to a culinary venture as well.
