Stage phenomena are not built in a day, rather, on roles in kids' TV shows with stage spectacles due at night. Ariana Grande's expansive portfolio is one, if not the best, proof of that.

It was Cat Valentine's in Victorious that first gathered attention for Ariana Grande. By the end of the show in 2014, Grande already had 'Truly Yours' out for hearing. Her first album, however, was a result of the singer-actress's relentless hustle.

"Logistically, it was quite crazy," Grande stated on the Awards Chatter podcast.

Despite being settled in and habituated to the juggling between her music and acting job, she has a good memory of when it was not as effortless.

"There was definitely a time when it was hard to do both at the same time," Grande said on Awards Chatter. She would have to change her hair to keep appearances on both Sam & Cat, as well as on stage, until the show ended in 2014.

While her involvement inWicked seems to be a strong pivot, Grande's history with acting is not exactly a stranger.

Wicked and Wicked: For Good have earned Ariana Grande numerous accolades, so much so that music may seem like a transitory phase for her. Given that the theatre is actually where it all started for her.

Grande started in the industry with a role as Charlotte in the Broadway musical 13. Before that, she had performed in local theatres as a child. Grande, in fact, credits her first album to having been an encouragement from her late close friend, Mac Miller, as per Awards Chatter.

So far, music is not the only outlet of passion for Ariana Grande. As if she struck gold, the singer-slash-actress preserves her two involvements like treasures.
