Not many can brave The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon only weeks after being saved from the Upside Down's pits. Yet, to Holly Wheeler, or rather, Nell Fisher, there are worse things than talking about Stranger Things.

It has been exactly 23 days since Netflix's long-running horror show, Stranger Things, concluded. However, for the cast, escaping the impression of the show on their careers is a bit too large to simply walk across. For Nell Fisher, however, things have only just started.

Fisher, 14, was cast as Holly Wheeler, who had become a dominant character for most of Stranger Things' fifth season. Now, well into 2026, the young actress is set to take the character on her debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The actress will appear on the show on January 22, 2026, at 11:35 pm Eastern/10:35 pm Central. As per the reveal, she will be discussing the final season of Stranger Things without a miss.

While Stranger Things might have sealed it for her, Nell Fisher's deal with acting had started long before.

Nell Fisher had probably joined the Stranger Things cast at the age of 12, given the finale's filming period. Right before, Fisher acted in the adventure film Bookworm alongside Elijah Wood.

Fisher had also appeared and gained recognition for playing Kassie in 2023's Evil Dead Rise. Despite being at an even more tender age and amid a plot harsher than Stranger Things, Fisher received praise from critics.

Courtesy of Stranger Things, Nell Fisher's popularity has reached enough of a peak to call a The Tonight Show debut. The young actress will now reveal her side of the Upside Down adventure to the world.
