But Cardi B quickly moved to clear up the speculation in the comments, explaining that she was not reacting to the bag itself.

That makes sense given how elaborate Isha Ambani’s ensemble was.

The biggest sign came from an unexpected source: Diggs’ mother, who publicly showered Cardi B with praise after the Essence Festival, making the whole situation feel far more serious than tabloid noise usually allows.

In her post, Diggs’ mother thanked Cardi B for everything she had done over the weekend and complimented her work ethic and presence, basically giving her a warm, public seal of approval. Cardi B responded in kind, addressing her as “momma Diggs” and keeping the tone playful and affectionate.
