For those not in Indio, Coachella 2026 has already morphed into full-blown “Couch-ella,” with Justin Bieber ripping through the night, snapping the crowd straight into a nostalgia surge. As Weekend 2 unfolds on a global scale, most performances stream live on YouTube across multiple stages, transforming screens into front-row access in real-time. And with Sabrina Carpenter taking over the Friday stream, YouTube has begun carving out its own Coachella moment this year.
Besides Sabrina Carpenter, the main stage shifts into high gear as Justin Bieber is set to storm Saturday night with a late 11:25 p.m. set that stretches past midnight, before Karol G takes over Sunday at 10:10 p.m., sealing the weekend’s final surge. But April 18 does not wait for the headliners; it builds relentlessly, with Addison Rae, GIVĒON, and Labrinth stacking momentum hour by hour. And by the time The Strokes and Interpol hit, the night fully ignites, pushing the festival into its loudest, most electric stretch.
While most sets go live through seven channels for seven stages, some arrive on delay, like Kacey Musgraves’ 3 p.m. Saturday performance, which only becomes available once the afternoon stream begins at 4 p.m. For those tuning in from home, this makes the streaming schedule just as important as the lineup itself.
Along with Karol G on Sunday, the weekend will also see names like Wet Leg, Major Lazer, FKA twigs, and Young Thug keeping the lineup tightly packed through the final stretch. Meanwhile, before YouTube became its global stage, Coachella experimented with limited digital streams that barely captured its scale. Today, that evolution has turned into a seamless, multi-stage broadcast.
However, Bieber’s recent Coachella night sent a 14-year-old track racing back up the charts, pulling the crowd into a full-circle moment.
Justin Bieber’s Coachella night felt like home again
With just a laptop beside him, Justin Bieber returned to where it all began on April 11, revisiting ‘Baby’ and his early YouTube days. As the opening notes echoed across the desert, the crowd instantly lit up. Fans were not just singing along; they were slipping back into school days, friendships, and simpler times, making ‘Baby’ feel less like a song and more like a doorway back to who they once were.
While performing his acoustic track ‘Everything Hallelujah’ from the album ‘SWAG II’, he shifted the lyrics to “Hailey, babe, hallelujah / baby Jack, hallelujah,” drawing an immediate reaction as cameras caught Hailey blushing in the crowd. The warmth carried beyond the stage too, with rehearsal glimpses showing Jack dancing around and even sporting a playful “Bieberchella” heart tattoo, making the entire moment feel less like a performance and more like a piece of his real life unfolding live.
And as Justin Bieber is once again set to take over the live stream on YouTube, Coachella 2026 has already sealed its place as one of the most talked-about, spark-filled events of the year.
