The England football fans must be rejoicing right now as they got past Norway’s challenge in the quarter-finals. The Three Lions won the match 2-1 on the heels of two brilliant goals by Jude Bellingham. It was an exhilarating match with both teams giving it their all to keep the ball in their possession. Fans had to closely watch every moment of the match that kept inching toward either side at different intervals. Their keen observation, however, began even before the kick-off. They noticed something unusually admirable about former England captain David Beckham.
David Beckham's impassioned performance of 'God Save the King' prior to the Three Lions' World Cup quarterfinal match against Norway at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami on Saturday attracted the attention of England fans on social media. Standing beside his wife Victoria Beckham, the ex-England player was captured on camera at the site joyfully singing the anthem.
And this is not the first time his love for England has been caught on camera. At a group stage match against Ghana, he was shown reacting furiously to a blatant Harry Kane miss at a crucial time in the match. Notably, he was also captured on camera again in the quarterfinal match, reacting energetically to Jude Bellingham’s match-winning goal.

During a playing career that included successful stints with Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, and Paris Saint-Germain, Beckham earned 115 caps for England. He led the national team for six years. No doubt why he is still regarded as one of the most famous figures in English football. Beckham has been seen several times throughout this summer's World Cup. He has been keeping a watchful eye on England's development as Thomas Tuchel's squad sought a quarterfinal spot for the third time in a row.
He did not just attend England’s quarterfinal match but also hosted them for a training session before the game.
David Beckham boosting morale before the game
David Beckham's presence at the match came after he hosted England's team at his Inter Miami training facility in Fort Lauderdale on Friday. He made the Florida Blue Training Center accessible prior to the team's quarterfinal clash with Norway. He wanted to make sure that the English side is ready to take on Erling Haaland of the Drillos.

He made it a point to speak one-on-one with several players, including captain Harry Kane. Kane later disclosed that the visit significantly raised team morale.
