Demi Moore and Ali Larter have become the defining female forces behind Landman, elevating Taylor Sheridan's Texas oil drama through layered, commanding performances. Moore's grieving yet resilient Cami and Larter's magnetic Angela have fueled the series' emotional stakes and audience appeal. When a series leans this heavily on two women, generous Season 3 pay raises hardly qualify as shocking.
According to Deadline, Landman's biggest stars are cashing in after the show's phenomenal run. Demi Moore has reportedly secured a new deal worth about $740,000 to $770,000 per episode, matching Billy Bob Thornton's salary. Ali Larter also emerged as one of the biggest winners, more than doubling her earnings to over $350,000 per episode.
Moore's revised agreement replaces the shorter two-season contract she initially signed, reflecting just how indispensable Cami has become to the series. Larter's increase is equally striking after previously earning roughly half of her new rate with $175K per episode.
Yet, the salary boosts extend well beyond the leading women. According to Deadline, Jacob Lofland and Michelle Randolph have reportedly reached deals worth $130,000 to $180,000 per episode, while Paulina Chavez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie, and James Jordan also received sizable percentage increases through fresh contract negotiations.
Such sweeping pay renegotiations have become increasingly uncommon across television. Studios now reserve them for rare breakout successes, often waiting until much later in a show's run. Landman earning that distinction after only two seasons speaks volumes about its remarkable performance and staying power.
Demi Moore and Ali Larter may be celebrating substantial raises, but Landman Season 3 will ensure Cami and Angela do not have an easy ride.
What is next for Landman's power duo?
Demi Moore's Cami is poised for her most formidable chapter yet. No longer defined by grief alone, the oil executive is expected to emerge as a commanding power broker protecting her family's empire. That evolution could place Cami on a collision course with Tommy Norris as the West Texas rivalry grows increasingly ruthless.
Ali Larter's Angela is unlikely to enjoy a quieter future either. Her complicated bond with Tommy Norris and unwavering influence over the Norris family should keep emotions running high as personal and business conflicts collide. If those storylines deliver, Demi Moore and Ali Larter's substantial Season 3 raises will feel even more justified.
