No matter the sophistication and taste, Netflix's charts reflect a little bit of childish abandon from time to time. This very openness has put a 4-year-old animation up the charts.

The Bad Guys first appeared on Netflix in November 2022, a few months after their premiere. As of January 8, 2026, the DreamWorks Animation film has reached number 3 on the Top 10 movies on Netflix in the United States, according to Flix Patrol.

Following the overall takeover, the movie is also at number 1 in the Top 10 Kids Movies. The film first gained popularity as a book series by Aaron Blabey.

The news, shared by Flix Patrol, also comes with the anticipation of The Bad Guys 2 coming to Netflix. According to outlets like What's On Netflix's prediction, the movie might be available by March 25, 2026.

The Bad Guys' heist, however, does not end only on Netflix's charts.

The Bad Guys' first movie in 2022 is followed by The Bad Guys: A Very Bad Holiday and The Bad Guys: Haunted Heist. The two specials were released in 2023 and 2024 on Netflix.

In 2025, The Bad Guys: Breaking In was released in an episodic format on Netflix, revealing a prequel to the first movie. The Bad Guys 2 has been released as of August 1, 2025.

The Bad Guys now prevails over the Netflix Charts. More of the animated overtaker is bound to be anticipated after this kind of conquering.
