Yet they have deliberately flipped that intimidating muscle into a self-aware, color-coded Power Rangers parody.

Jordynne Grace, Chelsea Green, Maxxine Dupri, Jacy Jayne, Kelani Jordan, and Ivy Nile fully morphed into Power Rangers in a Fightful Wrestling promotional video. The clip promoted the Royal Rumble Riyadh event through exaggerated poses, coordinated colors, and superhero theatrics.

This transformation directly addressed the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble Riyadh attire mandate. Saudi cultural guidelines require full-coverage gear, and WWE female talent must personally design and fund compliant ring attire, often producing elaborate, head-to-toe costumes for the thirty-woman match.

Instead of minimizing personality, the group leaned into spectacle. The Power Rangers theme allowed Grace, Green, Dupri, Jayne, Jordan, and Nile to remain fully covered while still projecting strength, individuality, and visual clarity inside an otherwise chaotic Royal Rumble environment, while also adopting personas fans associate them with.

If you are a WWE fan, the Power Rangers pivot barely registers as a shock, since wrestling history suggests a long-standing, unapologetic obsession with spandexed superheroes.

WWE has repeated its Power Rangers fixation through deliberate, traceable choices over the years. Taking The New Day as an example, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods wore full Power Rangers–coded gear at major live events, including winged shoulder armor, Ranger belts, and Francesca remodeled to match the White Ranger sword, Saba.

According to long-circulating fan lore, Jason David Frank once confirmed that a Power Rangers crossover was formally discussed in 1994. As per the rumors, Vince McMahon planned to position the original Green and White Rangers as guest referees to promote the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers film, before Haim Saban rejected the proposal. This event may have started WWE's obsession with Power Rangers.
