"They don’t want just anyone photographed in it," said the employee, though they admitted they were not certain why the request was denied. The source noted that big-name shoppers face extra checks, since the brand carefully picks who gets snapped toting their super-exclusive goods.

Even at twelve, North has flaunted tons of Hermès swag, like the white Birkin she rocked at six or the hand-painted Herbag she gave her mom in 2014. Kim Kardashian boasts a killer stash too, from several Mini Kellys to a Himalaya Birkin that might hit half a million bucks and a one-of-a-kind Shoulder Birkin by Jean Paul Gaultier.

Despite the insider statement, sources have told TMZ recently the story that West and Kardashian tried to buy a Mini Kelly bag for North West and was rejected is not true. As per TMZ, they never asked for a bag for her daughter, never recently visited a Hermès store, and was never turned away.
