Jay-Z concluded his sold-out 'JAŸ-Z 30' Yankee Stadium residency with an 'Extra Innings' finale that stretched until 3:00 a.m. The anniversary run honored both 'Reasonable Doubt' and 'The Blueprint' while drawing record crowds. Yet the loudest encore came from six Kanye West collaborations, making it seem West shared the stage without ever appearing.
Jay-Z performed all six of his landmark Kanye West collaborations: 'Clique,' 'So Appalled,' 'Run This Town,' 'N***** in Paris,' 'No Church In The Wild,' and 'Welcome To The Jungle.' Rihanna joined him for 'Run This Town,' while Kanye West's verses on the remaining tracks were covered by backing vocals and the Yankee Stadium crowd.
Among them, 'Run This Town' remains one of their biggest crossover hits, winning two Grammy Awards, while 'N***** in Paris' became a concert landmark after Jay-Z and Kanye West famously performed it 11 consecutive times during the 'Watch the Throne' tour in Paris. Both songs defined one of hip-hop's most successful partnerships.

The performance contrasted sharply with their current relationship. Jay-Z recently targeted Kanye West, Drake, and Nicki Minaj during a pointed a cappella freestyle at the Roots Picnic, signaling that their rift remains unresolved. Yet his finale still echoed with West's voice, even in absentia.
Even without the 'Can't Tell Me Nothing' rapper, Jay-Z packed Yankee Stadium with surprise guests and unforgettable moments.
The guests that Jay-Z invited to his last show
Rihanna joined Jay-Z for 'Run This Town,' while Beyoncé contributed performances across the residency, including a medley of 'Drunk In Love,' 'Tom Ford,' and 'Partition.' Usher, Teyana Taylor, Swizz Beatz, Jeezy, Jermaine Dupri, the-Dream, Pharrell Williams, and Clipse also appeared at different points during the three-night celebration.

Together, the rotating guest lineup transformed the residency into a showcase of Jay-Z's collaborators across eras rather than a one-night spectacle. Each appearance celebrated a different chapter of his catalog. Even so, six Kanye West collaborations ultimately became the defining talking point, despite Kanye West never appearing.
