Christmas carols are for everyone to enjoy, even NFL players in action. This year, Kelly Clarkson has taken up serenading the footballers through their Netflix livestream.

The NFL has brought football to the screens to celebrate alongside Christmas. Kelly Clarkson kickstarted the Netflix Livestream with a rendition of her song, 'Underneath the Tree' from her album 'Wrapped in Red'.

The livestream has commenced, as of December 25, displaying a gift-swathed, up-on-the-Christmas-tree ambience for its opening. Kelly Clarkson is one of the several performers for the evening.

In addition, Snoop Dogg will be performing during the game's halftime. Country singer Lainey Wilson and the lauded voices behind K-Pop Demon Hunters' HUNTR/X will make special appearances as well, as per Netflix.

The performers have jazzed up the games, which the footballers, as they always do, will play.

NFL Christmas Gameday lineup

Scheduled after Kelly Clarkson's crooning is a match between the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington Commanders. The  Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings' showdown will follow.

Snoop Dogg's halftime show, dubbed as Snoop’s Holiday Halftime Party, will commence in the middle of the second game. Alongside EJAE, REI AMI, and Audrey Nuna (HUNTR/X), and Lainey Wilson, Netflix has teased other unrevealed artists to join the spectacle as well.

Kelly Clarkson has kick-started the NFL Christmas Gameday melodiously. With several renditions of Christmas' musical joys, the players are well-serenaded for victory in 2025.
