Actor Pedro Pascal is one of Hollywood’s biggest stars right now, but even he is not immune to other celebrities’ charm. Pascal became a full-blown Ryan Gosling fan during an appearance on BBC Radio 1’s Unpopular Opinion while discussing the Barbie actor’s previous interview on the show. What started as a joke quickly turned into a heartfelt and funny confession.
Pascal gushed about Gosling's talent and overall appeal, while joking that there are some things about the actor no one can achieve. He then went full-on Ryan Gosling fanboy after he asked if Gosling had been better than him on the show. The actor continued to praise Gosling, but the interviewer assured Pascal that there was room for both of them.
“Can I just say I just every time he comes up, I just think it's an unachievable charm, talent, hotness. And anyway, now we're stuck on Ryan Gosling,” he gushed.
The playful moment turned into a heartfelt and funny confession, as Pascal admitted that he adores the Barbie star. For context, Gosling passionately defended the London foxes in a prior interview with BBC Radio 1. He also joked that they were underappreciated and should be on all the souvenir merchandise in London.
However, before the conversation had pivoted in favor of Ryan Gosling, it was the New York City rats that had been stealing Pascal's soft spot.

When asked about his own unpopular opinion on BBC Radio 1's Unpopular Opinion, Pedro Pascal was caught singing the praises of rats. He transformed the light-hearted conversation into a defence of the creatures, calling them "great."
He acted like their unofficial public relations manager. When the interviewer mentioned that previously, Ryan Gosling said that foxes are underrated, Pascal joked about life in New York City, where people can see "a rat the size of a fox" and "see a rat eat a fox." He also defended the rodents, saying they work very hard, and they deserve it.
Pascal further suggested that since there are more rats than people, perhaps people should show them a bit more respect. He ended his ment by asking if his unpopular opinion was better than Ryan Gosling's. And from there on, his playful honesty and admiration for Gosling turned a seemingly mundane conversation into a surprisingly wholesome confession.
