Dan Povenmire shared an Instagram reel after watching Saturday Night Live, where Ariana Grande mentioned his show in a playful, offhand way. The mention caught him completely off guard, turning an ordinary evening into a surreal pop culture moment.

“This was a surreal moment that was a little hard to process,” Povenmire captioned his Instagram post.

He reflected on the thrill of seeing his animated creation recognized by a global star, feeling both astonished and proud as his work continued to ripple through mainstream entertainment.
