Piers Morgan has had his fair share of pseudonyms christened by the public. A certain christening, however, seems to be on the Home Alone cast that he vehemently denies.

Writer-journalist Piers Morgan can easily disguise himself as a bird-loving street resident, according to the internet. Morgan himself, however, is at odds with the idea.

"It’s. Not. Me," he stated definitively on X. The image he reacted to was a capture of the wise Pigeon Lady from the movie.

The Pigeon Lady played a small yet pivotal role in Home Alone. Played by Irish small-screen actress Brenda Fricker, the Pigeon Lady is the kind stranger who helps Kevin McCallister on his adventure in New York City.

Piers Morgan may have denied playing the tender-hearted stranger, but Brenda Fricker's story with the Pigeon Lady is a little different.

Home Alone's unsung feather-armed hero

Brenda Fricker was introduced to the screen long before Home Alone. Her first appearance was in 1977 on the British soap opera Coronation Street.

Fricker's most recent role has been as part of a TV adaptation of Irish broadcaster Graham Norton's book, Holding. Her accommodation into the cast marked her return to the screen after 6 years as of then.

Piers Morgan has established both that he dislikes being called and is not, in fact, the Pigeon Lady. With how Brenda Fricker branded the character, only a few could replicate her kind heart with authenticity.
