The pop superstar diva Selena’s Encino residence just sold at a pure profit of $500,000. This is more than what she had bought it for in 2020 that is $4.9 million. 

The first listing for this house was in May at $6.5 million, the 1989 built house was later sold for $5.399 million. This about $500,000 more than what the Rare Beauty entrepreneur  paid in the year 2020. According to financial experts, she still will be at a financial loss after paying her luxury closing taxes on the property. 

The house listing was done by Branden Williams and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates. This majestic custom build mansion was built by Generation X in 1989. The first owners of this property were Tom Petty and his first wife miss Jane Benyo. This is a three-story residence that sits securely beyond a cul-de-sac on almost an acre of land. 

The house boasts six bedrooms along with 10 bathrooms that are spread across on roughly 11,400 square feet. The property also have a skylight-topped living room anchored by a fireplace made out of stone. 

Standing out the fireplace is a family room, a formal dining area, and the world famous wood-beamed kitchen where Gomez filmed her Selena + Chef cooking series. The kitchen holds a special place in die heart fans of Selena Gomez. 

Selena Gomez had married music producer Benny Blanco last year so now she primarily resides in the 1920’s Spanish style estate in Beverly Hills. So this house was serving no purpose in her life, hence she decided to sell it off.
