If there is anything fans anticipate beyond football and Bad Bunny’s electric halftime spectacle, it is the Hollywood fiesta baked into Super Bowl 2026. Last year delivered the exhilarating trailers of Thunderbolts*, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, and Brad Pitt’s F1.

This season promises the same cinematic fireworks with the trailers or teasers of these movies, as per Deadline.

1. Michael

Anticipation surrounds Michael Jackson's biopic Michael, with a full trailer expected after Lionsgate unveiled a February 1 poster of Jaafar Jackson wearing the ‘Beat It’ jacket. Industry chatter points to a February 5 earnings-call debut, capped by a high-impact Super Bowl television spot.

2. Hoppers

Pixar’s Hoppers is expected to feature fresh footage as part of Disney’s Super Bowl slate. The original animated film, scheduled for March 6, 2026, continues the studio’s emphasis on inventive worlds, emotional stakes, and family-oriented storytelling.

3. Scream 7

Paramount is rumored to showcase new footage from Scream 7, a February 27, 2026, release. The legacy sequel brings back Neve Campbell and Courteney Cox, reinforcing continuity while courting a new generation of Ghostface observers.

4. Minions 3

A teaser or full trailer for Minions 3 is projected to surface during the broadcast. Illumination’s next chapter for the franchise arrives July 1, 2026, continuing the yellow characters’ box office dominance through physical comedy and global brand recognition.

5. Toy Story 5

Toy Story 5 returns not to infinity, but to screen addiction. Disney may be planning to expand on the November 2025 teaser. The June 19, 2026, sequel reportedly centers on Woody and company confronting modern technology and shifting attention spans in childhood.

6. Disclosure Day

Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day is expected to debut a new look, following a late-2025 teaser introducing themes of extraterrestrial contact and worldwide revelation. The science-fiction drama is scheduled for theatrical release on June 12, 2026.

7. The Mandalorian & Grogu

After years of galactic abstinence, Star Wars reenters theaters with Pedro Pascal, a green child, and Sigourney Weaver for authority. Since subtlety has never been the franchise’s preferred hyperspace route, it is expected that The Mandalorian & Grogu's second trailer will be released at Super Bowl 2026.

8. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie

Following a late-January teaser confirming Yoshi’s arrival, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is expected to air a second trailer during the game. Chris Pratt leads the voice cast, with Universal advancing the release date to April 1, 2026.
