Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly having a massive castle constructed inside Madison Square Garden ahead of their July 3 wedding. According to reports, the elaborate structure is expected to form the centerpiece of the couple's ceremony, transforming the iconic New York arena into a fairytale-inspired venue.

Preparations for the highly anticipated celebration have continued to intensify in recent days. Workers have been seen bringing large shipping crates believed to contain trees into the venue, while black garbage bags accidentally revealed what appeared to be white bannisters that could be part of the castle's construction.

Additional clues have continued to emerge as the venue undergoes its transformation. Deliveries labeled "Garden Party" have reportedly arrived at Madison Square Garden, while TMZ previously reported that the castle itself is expected to be built within a garden-themed setting, further reinforcing the fairytale aesthetic.

According to Page Six, workers have also been draping Madison Square Garden with fabric hanging from the ceiling while covering sections of the arena floor as preparations continue. The outlet further reported that a red carpet was briefly rolled out at the venue's VIP entrance before being removed, with one employee claiming it had been intended for a "wedding" but was put away because it had appeared too early.

The reported castle centerpiece has also fueled speculation that the wedding's design may carry a deeper personal meaning for the couple. Beyond its lavish appearance, several details appear to mirror significant moments from Swift's relationship and career.

Taylor Swift mixes personal milestones with grandeur for grand wedding

As Page Six further reported, the reported wedding theme could be a nod to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's August 2025 engagement, when the Kansas City Chiefs star proposed in the middle of a garden filled with white and pink flowers. The reported "Garden Party" décor and garden-inspired castle appear to echo that milestone as the couple prepares to exchange vows.

The castle itself may also hold a special connection to Swift's artistic journey. Throughout both her Fearless and Speak Now tours, the singer famously incorporated an enchanted castle into her stage production, making it one of the most recognizable visual motifs from her early career.

Beyond the reported décor, the celebration is expected to bring together an extensive guest list that reportedly includes Karlie Kloss, Zoë Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, the Haim sisters and Suki Waterhouse. Page Six has also previously reported that Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw are expected to perform during the ceremony, while Swift is reportedly planning multiple outfit changes throughout the evening.

Although neither Swift nor Kelce has publicly commented on the reported wedding plans, preparations at Madison Square Garden continue to attract widespread attention ahead of the July 3 ceremony. If the reported castle and garden-inspired design come together as described, the celebration could blend some of the couple's most meaningful milestones with imagery that has long been associated with Swift's career.
