Taylor attended as a first-time nominee for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role. The honor came after her role in Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another.

The film led the night with seven nominations, including Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. Taylor's Golden Globe win had already cemented her status as a breakout star earlier this year.
