After the much-debated finale of The Boys left the fandom split into rival camps, fans can find a little comfort in Propstore's latest auction. Homelander's original suit has already climbed to $17,000 and is calling for $18,000, proving Vought memorabilia still has plenty of pull. Instead of arguing over whether the show went safer for its ending after its edgy reputation, viewers can now trade online arguments for competitive bidding on some of television's most recognizable relics.
Sony Pictures Television and Propstore have assembled more than 450 lots from all five seasons of The Boys. The collection ranges from superhero costumes and stunt gear to prosthetics, weapons, and elaborate Vought Tower set pieces. Bidding opened on June 2 and will remain active until June 30.
The centerpiece of the auction is Homelander's screen-used Supe costume, worn by Antony Starr. Although some online discussions focused on bids around $18,000, Propstore's official estimate is far higher. The costume is expected to sell for between $40,000 and $80,000, according to a press release from Propstore.
Homelander is not the only member of The Seven attracting attention. Black Noir's Hero Supe Costume carries an estimated value of $25,000 to $50,000, while Annie January's Starlight Version 2 costume is expected to fetch between $20,000 and $40,000. Reggie Franklin's A-Train suit also joins the lineup with an estimate reaching $30,000.
Beyond costumes, the auction includes some of the series' most memorable props. Fans can bid on Soldier Boy's shield and knife, Billy Butcher's tentacle trench coat and stunt crowbar, and even unusual items such as The Deep's chest prosthetic, making sure no fan-favorite is left out.
The auction can easily be added to the other The Boys content that fans have eagerly been looking forward to.
Laying out the The Boys content schedule post-finale
The end of The Boys has not slowed Amazon Prime Video's ambitions for the franchise. The next major stop is Vought Rising. The series is a live-action prequel set in 1950s New York that explores the earliest days of Vought International. Jensen Ackles returns as Soldier Boy alongside Aya Cash's Stormfront.
Beyond that, the universe is preparing to go international with The Boys: Mexico. Developed with the involvement of Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal, the project shifts the spotlight beyond the US and into a new landscape of superhuman influence. In other words, while the flagship series has taken its final bow, Vought still has plenty of business left to conduct.
