Taylor Swift’s lead was not delicate. She claimed 7.6 percent of votes, won 22 states, including California and Florida, and charmed fanbases from the Kansas City Chiefs to the Green Bay Packers, leaving Elton John and Adele politely trailing behind.
VegasInsider records this as Swift’s fourth straight victory in the same survey, a streak as steady as her chart dominance. Yet despite SoFi Stadium awaiting Super Bowl LXI in February 2027, official silence remains the National Football League’s only response.
And yet, while fans loudly script Taylor Swift into the Super Bowl spotlight, it remains unclear whether that fantasy belongs to her at all.

Taylor Swift’s interest in headlining the Super Bowl halftime show is both clear and conditional. She has repeatedly signaled no desire to perform while Travis Kelce remains an active NFL player, framing the answer as simultaneously yes and no.
During an October 2025 conversation with Jimmy Fallon, Swift acknowledged quiet talks with Jay-Z and Roc Nation, absent any official proposal. She described football as violent chess, noting choreography feels absurd while Kelce risks himself under stadium lights.
Past roadblocks included the album re-recordings flagged by TMZ and a stubborn Coca-Cola partnership that arrived squarely in Pepsi territory, according to Time Magazine. Now, as Super Bowl LXI chatter intensifies, the equation remains simple: no Kelce season, no Swift halftime spectacle.
