To fans' excitement, BIGHIT Music announced the dates of the world tour through an official announcement on Weverse. The group's world tour, BTS World Tour, begins in Goyang, South Korea, on April 9. The boy band will also grace Stanford Stadium. This will make them the second artist, after Coldplay, to headline the venue. Other High-profile stages include AT&T Stadium in Arlington and M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. BTS will make history yet again by becoming the first Korean solo act to perform there.
As can be seen in the official announcement on Weverse, after that, Europe will welcome BTS from June through July. Fans may think the tour missed a few spots in the Middle East, yet BTS has surprises in store for every corner.
Will BTS be making more stops on their world tour?
BTS is expected to expand their world tour beyond the currently listed 34 cities. The official tour poster on Weverse included a note indicating additional stops in Japan, the Middle East, and other regions for 2027. So fans can anticipate further announcements.
BIGHIT MUSIC confirmed through a press release that the initial schedule represents only the first phase of the tour. The agency is actively planning new global destinations, emphasizing the Middle East as a key region for expansion. This signals a truly global ambition for the tour.
With additional dates likely to be revealed, BTS aims to reach fans in previously unlisted cities. The 2027 leg may include concerts across Asia and the Middle East, allowing more ARMYs to experience the performances firsthand and celebrate the reunion.
