"As a result, they have exacerbated and got to a point where he’s really in a bad head space, and he needs to take steps to get better, or things are going to get worse, and he could end up like a statistic." Gemmill told The Hollywood Reporter.

He explains that hundreds of physicians die by s****** each year, with many more facing a significantly higher risk of s******* thoughts, making Robby’s breakdown feel dangerously close to reality.
