LA is known for its lavish beachside and as an enchanting Hollywood escape. Crime 101 unravels in that very escape, but with the twist of a heist.

Crime 101 takes after a 2010 released crime novella of the same name. Taken from the mastermind behind the Cartel Trilogy, this adaptation of Don Winslow's book is set to release on February 13, 2026.

Before he picks up the Mjolnir in Avengers: Doomsday, Chris Hemsworth will lead Crime 101. He is joined by a mixture of Mark Ruffalo, Barry Keoghan, and Halle Berry.

Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Nick Nolte round up the dynamic cast. The plot follows jewel thief Mike Davis, who is trailed by detective Lou Lubesnick, while on possibly the biggest score of his conning career.

With a plot as seat-egging, it is only natural to look for the comfort of streaming to watch Crime 101.

Where can you stream Crime 101?

Crime 101 happens to be a product of Amazon MGM Studios. After its theatrical run, the film is likely to be released on Amazon Prime Video for streaming.

As of now, no streaming platform or details have been confirmed; however, the trailer for the film was released on January 10, 2026, roughly a month before the premiere.

From what is seen in the trailer, Crime 101 seems to have nailed the grit of Don Winslow's universe. Come February 13, the audience will be wholly able to judge for themselves.
