Now, like a reluctant traveler through the Emerald City, it creeps onto streaming, letting Elphaba and Glinda haunt screens once more.

Prepare to 'toss toss' at home, because Wicked: For Good officially hits streaming on December 30, 2025, at 12 a.m. Eastern Time. The second Wicked film arrives December 29 at 9 p.m. Pacific Time via Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV.

As a premium video-on-demand release, the Wicked film is offered for digital purchase. It will be priced at $29.99 on Prime Video and Apple TV. At publication, Amazon Prime Video lists the film for pre-order and offers a two-film bundle priced at $39.98.

Meanwhile, physical media remains part of the Emerald City journey. The sequel is available for pre-order on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD through Amazon, with prices ranging from $19.95 to $29.95 and an official ship date of January 20, 2026.

The announcement was confirmed through an official statement from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. The same was done on Wicked’s Instagram account in collaboration with Cynthia Erivo. Peacock has not announced a date, though The Hollywood Reporter projects a mid-March debut based on Wicked: Part 1.

The film’s success alone explains why Wicked: For Good remains a must-watch, even as a sequel.
